Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets, open-source code, and reusable components which remain under their respective licenses.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to deliver our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topmost Apexnova Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (hosting, analytics, payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties.

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed remain due upon termination.
